Great location and ambiance. We enjoyed the beautiful mountain view from our room and it was very convenient to have the restaurant, spa, and indoor pool on site. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, providing us with a romantic candlelit dinner and a full body massage package for our anniversary celebration.

The room was not clean on arrival, and it took multiple requests to get basic amenities like drinking water and a working kettle. The bed sheets and pillow covers were also not changed properly.

The stay during Easter break was great. We found the hotel to be conveniently located as it was on the main road itself. the hotel offered an indoor swimming pool and a Thai spa facility which were both a huge plus.

Although the rooms were spacious and clean, the hotel could use some modernizing. the interior design felt a bit dated and could do with a refresh to catch up with the more recent and modern hotels.

The hotel's location was convenient for sightseeing, but sadly the positive aspects end there. the rooms were shabby and required cleaning. the bathrooms were dirty and had no basic amenities. the service was slow and incompetent, with staff taking forever to fulfill any requests. Breakfast was a disappointment with food being undercooked and not fresh. the view was nothing to write home about with limited panoramas. the facilities were not up to the mark and require upgrading.

The noise levels in the hotel were unbearable, leading to a lot of disturbance while trying to rest.
